General questions:
What's the real cost savings — and where's the catch?
Senior Ukrainian developers typically cost 40–60% less than Swiss equivalents. The catch? There isn’t one. You work directly with your partner — we charge a one-time introduction fee, not ongoing commissions. No markup on hours, no hidden costs.
How do we protect our IP and sensitive data?
You sign directly with your Ukrainian partner under Swiss-governed contracts. Standard NDAs, IP assignment clauses, and data protection terms apply — just as they would with any Swiss vendor. Our Zurich office can help structure agreements that meet your compliance requirements.
What happens if the partnership doesn't work out?
You’re signing directly with your partner, so standard contract terms apply — notice periods, exit clauses, deliverable handoffs. If you need a different partner, we’ll make a new introduction at no additional cost within the first 90 days.
What about the war in Ukraine — is this a stable option?
Ukrainian IT has operated continuously throughout the conflict. Our partners have distributed teams, backup infrastructure, and business continuity plans. Many have been delivering to Western clients without interruption since 2022. We only work with companies that have proven operational resilience.
Why should we trust an introduction service instead of hiring directly?
Hiring directly means months of recruiting, interviewing, and vetting — with no guarantee of fit. We’ve already done that work. You meet pre-qualified partners, evaluate them yourself, and sign directly. Same outcome, fraction of the time.
For the CEO
How quickly can we scale up — or down?
Your Ukrainian partner handles recruitment and HR. Most can add developers within 2–4 weeks. Scaling down follows standard contract terms — typically 2–4 weeks notice.
Who else have you worked with?
We work with Swiss startups, mid-sized tech companies, and digital agencies across the DACH region. We’re happy to share references under NDA.
For the CFO
How does pricing work — what do we actually pay?
Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. If you want, we’ll provide you with a free 30-minute onboarding call to get you up and running.
What are the payment terms?
You negotiate payment terms directly with your partner — typically monthly invoicing. Our introduction fee is due upon signed contract.
For the CTO
What tech stacks do your partners cover?
Full-stack web (React, Node, Python, Java, .NET), mobile (iOS, Android, Flutter), cloud/DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP), and specialized areas like AI/ML, blockchain, and embedded systems. We match based on your specific requirements.
How do we evaluate technical quality before committing?
You meet the team directly, review past work, and can request a paid trial project before signing a long-term contract. We encourage due diligence.
How does communication work across time zones?
Ukraine is 1 hour ahead of Central European Time — essentially the same working day. Most teams have 6–8 hours of overlap with Zurich.
For the COO & Legal
What legal entity do we contract with?
You contract directly with the Ukrainian IT company. Contracts can be governed by Swiss law and disputes resolved in Swiss jurisdiction if required.
Are your partners GDPR compliant?
Yes. All partners in our network have GDPR-compliant data handling practices. We can provide documentation upon request.
